Renewing San Francisco’s Promise
We are excited to announce the next American Dream Initiative Solutions Summit taking place in San Francisco, California on May 6, 2026.
Hosted by the American Enterprise Institute (AEI) in partnership with Neighbors for a Better San Francisco, this exclusive gathering will convene state and local officials, business and civic leaders, and national policy experts to share ideas, network, and engage in constructive dialogue on unlocking San Francisco’s pathway to greater flourishing.
The program will address San Francisco’s most pressing civic and economic challenges and identify actionable solutions aimed at creating stronger ladders of opportunity for families and communities. Confirmed speakers include Vice Chairman of JPMorgan Chase Peter Scher, AEI President Robert Doar, San Francisco Board of Supervisors’ Rafael Mandelman, and a host of experts focused on economic revitalization, improving middle-class housing affordability, reducing chronic homelessness, and strengthening public schools.

Event Details
The Solutions Summit will take place on Wednesday, May 6, at The Merchant Exchange Club’s Julia Morgan Ballroom from 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. PST and will include breakfast and lunch.
